  • Engineering I F 2010 (Banos)
Engineering I is (now) a 1 Semester class introducing the student to how engineers solve problems through brainstorming, design , prototyping , testing and re-engineering. This leads to the rollout of the final design as well as a complete document taken from the Engineering journal.
  • AP Physics (Banos)
AP Physics @ Moreau is an Algebra based (not calculus -based) "B" college course. It's distinction form general physics is the detail of analysis, and requirement to apply individual conceptual understanding to new situations.
  • General Physics (Banos)

General Physics introduces the student to the physical law that describes the world around her/him and to the deductive process in specific applications of the general laws that are reasonably well understood, and to the inductive process that leads to new generalizations from new data collected in new situations. General Physics teaches the student a certain minimal rigor to collecting, formatting, analyzing and presenting data. Though formally called the "Scientific Method", General Physics finally teaches the general physics student to logically collect, display analyze and discuss data that either confirms or denies a physical law.
